We are looking for an experienced Android BSP Developer with a strong background in embedded systems and Android HAL/framework development. If you are passionate about low-level software development and want to work on cutting-edge embedded Android platforms, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and integrate Android Board Support Package (BSP) components including HALs, drivers, and system services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Android framework, kernel, and hardware bring-up activities.
Debug system-level issues across multiple layers including HAL, drivers, and the Android framework.
Ensure compliance with Android compatibility requirements including CTS/VTS.
Contribute to the optimization and stabilization of multimedia features such as Audio, Video, Camera, and Graphics.
Mandatory Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Android HAL/Framework/Driver development.
Proficient in C/C++ programming with a solid understanding of object-oriented design.
In-depth understanding of Android system architecture and its components.
Expertise in at least one Android HAL domain (e.g., Audio, Graphics, Camera, Power).
Strong debugging skills and understanding of system internals.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with Multimedia Frameworks such as OpenMAX IL, Codec2.
Familiarity with ALSA, I2S, or other audio subsystems.
Experience with CTS/VTS compliance and Android certification processes.
