Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Requirements
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Fluency in at least one of the following languages for bilingual support:

• Arabic
Ability to understand cultural nuances and communicate effectively with international customers.
Professional Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
Working knowledge of CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and customer support tools is preferred.
